She's finally here!!
Wow! What an exhausting trip and I wasn't even the one who was in labor. Let me give you a brief low down of what has taken place over the last few days... (All txt message times are CST)
Thursday, December 21 12:45 a.m. Matt and Alysia go to hospital but are sent home because Alysia is only at a 3. So maybe in the morning she'll be ready...
Thursday, December 21 4:26 p.m. Nothing new. How long until they help this Alysia out!?
Thursday, December 21 4:32 p.m. Her contractions aren't strong enough because she is only in "pre-labor" so they won't help her until she goes into active labor
Saturday, December 23 1:27 a.m. Matt and Alysia return to the hospital. He thinks this could be it, he'll let us know if she is admitted
Saturday, December 23 8:54 a.m. Sent home, AGAIN!
Saturday, December 23 3:09 p.m. HER WATER BROKE!! YAY!!
Saturday, December 23 3:53 p.m. Alysia is finally admitted and is 6-7 cm along... "Houston we're good to go, I repeat, we're good to go!"
Saturday, December 23 9:50 p.m. Epideral is being given. "I'll let you know when my boy pops out!"
Saturday, December 23 10:10 p.m. Time for a C-section, baby too big "We are going in after him!"
Saturday, December 23 11:06 p.m. It's a GIRL! Duh, we knew that already, silly Matt, I think he really thought he might be having a boy
