Hi guys, I'm trying to make a weapon for a cosplay and have little idea how to go about it. Instead of making a futile attempt to describe it accurately, I'll just throw out these 2 links. 8)

Notes:
- Budget for weapon: $30~40
- Blade portion can't be made of real blades because I intend to take this into cons.
