PARTICULARS Believe it or not, Prussia is a very skilled leader. He knows how to run an army and run it efficiently. This covers knowledge and skill in battle tactics and the politics of war (even if he often opts to just say LISTEN TO ME OR I'LL BEHEAD YOU BASTARDS) Also, being a country, he's quite strong. Whereas a human wouldn't be able to withstand what he can, Prussia can fight and stay standing for very long periods of time - this factually meaning decades upon decades of successive war, without dying. He can also suffer brutal defeats where most humans would have died long ago and stay standing.
As there is some confusion on this I will try to further explain it. No, it is not official. It is however popular in theory. Prussia is indeed a personification of a country and within him resides everything that stands for his country. However strong his country (the land, economy, people, etc) is at the time is however strong he himself is. When he himself grows in strength than as does his country (things like the economy and such). Same as if he weakened his economy and peoples suffer. Apparently, and I am not 100% sure on this, Russia has had his heart fall out and lived on. This being said, while you can definitely beat him in a battle it takes much more than tearing his body to shreds to kill him; he will inevitably revive. He also heals much quicker than a normal human.
