Micheal Vick...possible 40 years in prison...250-thousand dollar fine for financing a dog fight betting ring.which resulted in the deaths of some dozen dogs.
Lindsey Lohan...Second DUI...second drug possession...almost running someone off the road prompting a frantic 911 call from a terrified woman...96 hours in prison...30 hours community service. No official word on any fine.
Both plead guilty.
Vick did a horrible thing. Terrible. But Lohan is one strike away from an automatic jail term.
