I've always wondered what he meant. I never quite understood Pennywise. Was "down here" a reference to hell? Or was it a reference to a place that is far more spectacular then the one Im currently achieving death within? This world, that world, their world...aren't they all the same world?
Soon, this ball of water and land will be nothing more than a speck of dirt floating in the atmosphere. Stupid humans.
