It start the normal way, and then the guy mention the guard coast he killed and her expression change subtly on something furious, and Gibbs and Vance both have the same reaction: 'well now, you'll have to deal with the person responsible of this one live.', with Gibbs saying to wait a moment and Vance proposing to guard the coffee.
The way they would be if the dead was one of their people.
And Ziva continue to face her mirror while pushing Mariam to open her eyes. The person she was talking about could be Ari, Eli or Rivkin, or all of them. Personally, I think it was mostly Rivkin. Did she really stay blind to Eli's actions when she always knew what he was doing, when he gave the order to kill Ari? She's saying she resented her mother to hide the truth about Eli, even when she did try to take her children away from him and his life. But later, she did join the Mossad and couldn't really ignore the truth *point to the Ari thing*
If it's Ari, was it really a mistake when she did kill him in time? I mean, I really doubt GG will go the way of the theory of "Ziva could have saved Kate if she obeyed faster". This theory assume Ziva was in the US with the job of killing Ari before he shot Kate, with the intention to help him escape from the Mossad. But nobody knows when Eli signed Ari's death warrant, before or after Kate's death…
But Rivkin… He's really the person she refused to look for who he really was, despite every warning and possibly her own instinct. Easier to think Tony is just jealous than accept that Rivkin is using her or dangerous. And so much would be different if she listened then.
