Suppose I should update about the past few days.
I strained muscles in my neck, and now I'm taking muscle relaxers because I can't breathe without them. Yay.
Mr. Fisher totally gave me The Annotated Alice and Sophie's World so Christmas has started early for me! Amber got a very cool shirt with a quote from Louisa May Alcott, Sophie's World, and another book that I can't remember right now. Needless to say, Mr. Fisher rocks. =o) I also got three scarves from the beauties in my life (Meg, LeeAnna, and Linz) as well as two books, and four roses! Many thanks to Meg, Allie, Amber, and I believe, Brian. I love you kids.
And my dear Forrest sent me a fabulous present--the College Summit 2004 essay handbook, in which I am published. That's right. Published.
I'm really excited because we open family presents on Christmas Eve at the Hicks' household. Of course, my father and brother are still out buying presents because they've procrastinated. Tsk tsk.
I got four scholarships from Concord in the mail yesterday, three of which are renewable, so that's great!
