Another Offer
Me and Jenna made an offer on a town home in Acworth earlier today. We will have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to find out if the builder accepts our offer but we are nearly certain they will accept. We stumbled across the neighborhood while looking at a long list of houses our Realtor provided. We looked at the models and fell in love with one of the floor plans, when one of the sales associates stated they would buy out our lease we were nearly convinced. We looked at numerous other homes and town homes and couldn’t shake the feeling that the town home we found was the right home for us. I have yet to take photos of it; however, there are a few things that will be changing before closing if we get it. I requested that the entire main level be re-floored with hardwoods and that the complete stainless steel appliance package be included in the base price - in addition to our lease buyout, closing costs, and first year of HOA / monthly fees.
I leave for Boston at 4:10PM for the yearly Ski Trip. I’m almost ready but I have a few last items to pack, memory cards to clear, and batteries to charge. I’m going to focus on photography for this trip since I can’t ski or snowboard due to my knee. I had planned on renting a lens to take with me but this months expenses were a little too high to allow for it. I have a lot of travel coming up so I hope to re-spark my love of photography and lower my stress so I can refocus on the things I need to complete.
