Harsh Reality
I attempted to use the eliptical at work today since Allie is playing nicely with a cousin. I am shocked by just how far I have let myself go. I used to be an eliptical queen- I could go for an hour... Today not so much. This weightloss thing is going to take awhile. I have also decided that I am NOT the kind of person who goes to the gym. I would much rather do something like walking or hiking or something....
