Reading, Watching But Sadly No Writing

A couple of weeks ago, I finished reading Wikinomics by Don Tapscott and Anthony D. Williams. This morning during the power outage at work, I finished an out-of-print book about the Hugh Otis Bynum murder conspiracy trial entitled Lay Down with Dogs.

Went on a Amazon bargain-bin binge recently, picking up a copy of David Horowitz's The Art of Read more... )

Never heard of the movie, but I'm a big fan of Leelee.

I can't recommend Heavens Fall highly enough. Of course, as you can see, I have a great personal attachment to the film because I feel like I was a small part of the history of both the film, the story and Alabama history.

P.S. How do you like my shopping avatar?

OMG that's funny. I noticed it, yes - in fact had to double-check the username as I'd not seen it before, but had no idea what it meant. I thought it meant you were "empty" or "homeless."

It would work for both of the situations that you listed.

I wanted to use the Amazon shopping cart for an avatar, but I didn't want to rip them off. So I looked for a shopping cart instead. I didn't want to do groceries as I was talking about buying non-edible items so I wanted something as generic as possible. I believe that I accomplished my goal!

Who are you ripping off with the picture you chose? Are they less important than ripping off Amazon? How does that work?
