yoghurt is some healthy shit yo. I've been eating it whenever I get sick, aspcially when it's a sore throat or the like, wich is kindof what happens to me most often. something i figured out recently is that you can use yougurt as a sub in wherever mayo, and sometimes butter, is called for. I just made tartar sauce with some yogurt, dill relish, and "vandekamps tartar fixins". I was gonna add some spices of my own before i ran into the tartar fixins packet inside the box... but this stuff is pretty good. I really dig usin yoghurt for this, it's much better tasting, I like the non-greasy texture, and it dosent melt into grease if you forget about it or something.
