The other night was fun at the bronze with Ariel, Buffster,Xander and Of course my Oz. We all had alot of fun, I think, it's always great when we're all together. It's really great that Ariel is back, Oz was starting to get down when she left, so I was really happy to see Oz's mood had gone back up

Willow had called me earier and asked if I'd pick up a couple movies and come over. So I made a stop by hollywood video before going to her house.
She told me to just walk in, so I did. Wow the place was dimly lit. Barry Manalo playing on the speakers.
I put down the movies on the front table, "Hey Willow-"
I saw her sitting on the couch all dressed up and kinda just stopped.

"Hey Oz." I smiled. He looked so cute, as usual, but rather a little impressed and confused at the same time. My smile was wide, I almost felt embarrassed because I have never wore anything like what I had on tonight, and I especially thought I looked a little odd with this big smile on my face. "uh...."I studdered a bit, picking up the chip basket. "Chips?" I asked. "right...uhh...." I ate one. "Sit." I then padded the extra space beside me.

"Am I missing or forgetting something?"
I sat down.

"No." I replied. "I just thought..it would be a nice night for us to be together, that's all." I said, biting my bottom lip gently. "I also did some thinking..about...something" I said.

"Sex...
Uh... Willow-"

"Well ya know..I think we've grown with each other....and we are almost on 8 months and we are in love, so it wouldn't a crime, right?" I said, becoming more nervous. "I mean of course we don't have to, any night would be great with you, not just a night like that...I mean ya know that would be a very good thing, but..I mean..." I stopped, realizing I was blabbing. "Sorry.." I looked at him. "Just..I thought you already..." I said.

"No, I have." I shyly admit.
"But this is diffrent."

I sighed a bit. I kind of didn't know what to say at first. "I mean..Oz if you're worried that'll regret it or something, I wont, because I do love you and I'm ready." I said, which was all I could really think of to say.

"Okay. Well, don't take this the wrong way... but I'm not."

[sothenetgirl]

"What..?" I asked. "You're not...? " I was kind of confused by this, she looked at him listening to what he had to say. "Is it ..me?" I asked.

"No, it's not you. You look beautiful and you've got the Barry working for you.... and...
I love you and I think we should wait."

I scooted closer to him. I was a bit upset by this, but...ehh it's not the end of the world, I just didn't want to wait. "Okay. If you think it'll be right." I smiled gently, putting my arms around him, then leaned in for a kiss on his lips.

I heard the disapointment in her voice.
Maybe we were ready now, I was second guessing what I said before.
"How about we go some where."

[sothenetgirl]

"Okay. Like out to dinner some where? Some place nice like that?" I hadn't guessed some place for the thing I just asked about because I thought he made up his choice. I looked at him, my smile remaining.

"Some place."
It was almost sun set.
"Come on."
I took her hand and led her out to my van and drove us somewhere, to the caves on the beach, the sun set was beautiful, mood was perfect.
"Have you ever been out here?"

"no" I replied with a small smile. "It's beautiful" I said, never letting go of his hand. The mood was indeed perfect, if this was a place to do the big thing, it was great, if it wasn't, it was still great.
