Laydeeez, I need your help.
Going to a friend's 21st birthday party tomorrow night. It's Scott Pilgrim themed and while I have my wig already for Ramona, I'm having trouble deciding which version to go as!
I have a black short dress and a black petti which I will be wearing anyway, it's just getting the accessories etc to make it look like one of the following:
Movie version Ramona, from the final battle:
My favourite version from Volume 6:
Aaaand the Day of the Dead Party outfit from Volume 5:
Poll Ramona CosplayThe movie version is probably the easiest as I just need tights and boots but I just threw out my knee high buckled boots!
(As a side note, I kinda think the costume department did a shit job in that movie, Ramona's outfits weren't as awesome as in the comic and were veryyyy basic and generic. Also Kim Pine's lolita outfit made me cringe so very hard :/ Dat horrible laaaace! Still loved the movie though.)
Vol 6 version is probably going to be cooler to wear, as I just need ankle boots and no tights etc. Sweatband/wrist things I can borrow off Cal or find my own, and I want that star clip anyway :P Dress is meant to be purple though, if you go by the cover art. (Getting Mum to possibly make me a proper version later for Supanova, I found the best fabric for it :D) Will probably go with thissss anyhoo.
Party outfit is kinda amazing but my wig isn't long enough/blue enough for that. Also would have to make skull things which is lots of hand sewing.
I DUNNO I AM BEING TOO MUCH OF A PERFECTIONIST FOR A PARTY OUTFIT. I WILL PROBABLY JUST DO #2.
