You should be able to find a battery in the nearest store. They're pretty much everywhere. Stores that sell general merchandise, groceries, and drug stores all have them.

But is it formed from our dreams as a whole, or is it a world that is powered by dreams? Or, perhaps, we have somehow made our way into a single person's dream, though how such a thing would be possible is--

I don't have any information about how this place came to be, but I do know that people often enter it while sleeping, or-- in some cases-- after death.
It also seems that when we dream here a charge of some sort is generated, and it can be used as a currency of sorts. Although, I'm not entirely certain how it works.
