Had a lovely dinner out at PizzaPasta yesterday evening. AF and Maddin came round, and like usual, Pizza and Pasta and salad were delicious. Afterwards we were stuffed and decided to have a little walk to ease the stomach pressure. This led us past an Italian ice cream parlor I never noticed before, and they had a lot of ice flavors I hadn't seen before. Most ice cream parlors have chocolate, vanilla, stracciatella and a lot of different fruits. This one had flavors like almond, hazelnut, Kinder (chocolate and milk cream, like
Kinder chocolate), Whiskey cream, Latte caramel, something I forgot the name, but it was like
Hanuta, crushed wafers and nut pieces, mixed with chocolate or nougat ice, and Mozart Dream, inspired by the famous sweet from Salzburg called
Mozartkugel. It was the perfect mix of nougat ice and marzipan, interspersed with pieces of grated chocolate. Although I was full, I tried it and it was soooo yummy!
Then we went home and killed another bottle of Rotkäppchen Rosé sparkling wine while chatting a bit and watching pictures taken at our last meeting, and then some funny cartoons in the internet. AF and Maddin left around half past ten, and like usual, AF forgot something at our place, this time her earrings. Well, we'll meet again next Tuesday, so she can get them back then.
Oh, and while driving behind us, AF and Maddin noticed that the right backlight of Schnurblecar didn't work. Fortunately, Maddin had the right sort of lightbulb in his car, so we could replace the broken one right there.
