Love is the sweetest thing
My Hubby is soooo sweet! I told him explicitly that I didn't want flowers because I don't like the nearly black roses they sell here. Why is it impossible to sell red roses? I'm sure, most people prefer a naturally red rose to an unnaturally dark, almost black rose. I told him I didn't want anything anyway because Valentine's day imho is a Florists' holiday. We're in love all year and rather celebrate our love whenever we feel like it.
Well, he still had a surprise in store for me when I came home from work in the evening. He'd made sushi! And not the usual sushi with veggies and smoked salmon that we make from time to time. He got super fresh and totally yummy tasting raw salmon, raw tuna and raw swordfish for the sushi. Since we don't live near the coast, it's not easy to get raw fish in sushi quality, and if, then only salmon, but he somehow found more than that and it was soooo delicious!
And I saw this all over my flist and strongly agree:
If there is someone on your friends list who makes your world a better place just because they exist and who you would not have met in real life (or not without the internet), then post this same sentence in your journal.
My life would only be half as interesting without you wonderful guys out there!
