i ate junk food last night...
and i watched a really good movie!
i didn't really like care for the main character cuz he kept doing something that made me mad at him; but i loved his wife.
i liked the music and i really liked the style.
and there were some super cute, almost-made-me-cry parts scattered in it.
OH OH OOOOOOOHHHHHH!

i volunteered at the Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Winter Wonderland (aka holiday) party yesterday afternoon!!!!
it was GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i got to play with kids, help serve food, watch a story, watch a drum group (the drummers were all Deaf or hard of hearing kids), play with a cute baby, and sign a lot!!!!
i really made me excited about my future plans, and it increased my desire to work with the Deaf!
Brian, the Deaf student from UWM that i've been meeting with for a paper, came with me, and we had a great time!
plus, i met a bunch of the staff from CDHH, and they are so nice!
anyways, now i have papers to write, choirs to sing in, and people to see.
i must get back to work.
last thing: lunch with Luke today was wonderful!
i miss him!
we always manage to have a good time.
i'm glad i got to see him before he headed home again.
the next meeting might not be till after Christmas... or even later.
