Ya gotta love having your doors/windows open in the summer (well sometimes)
Rough day at school today. Our little gal is a rowdy one. She is basically non communicative and does not like to do her work. Mondays tend to be the worst for kids anyway. She tantrumed a lot--screaming and hitting--ugh you name it. She even spit on the other teacher. I wonder what were they thinking in the nearby classes! It will be another long summer. Well we have one week down and only four to go. I think that once she realizes we won't take the garbage she will straighten up a bit. There I go thinking again! We'll see.
No chocolate in the house. Somehow I didn't make it home with the ice cream sandwiches I picked out at the store last night. I looked at the receipt and I didn't pay for them. I wonder if the person behind me accidentally ended up buying them?? When I realized they didn't make it home I figured it was for the best. Then I baked a small cake and proceeded to eat the whole thing (see last post). Oh well.
I have a softball game tonight. It should be fun. I'm really enjoying the slight competitiveness (it is very regulated so that everyone has fun and no one gets hurt), the physical activity, and of course the socializing.
