Ha ha ha. You know how many people have gladly dumped their stuff on lil' ol' hoarding-junk me these last few weeks? How about you just keep holding onto them for me. Right now I have way to much junk to wade through as it is. Yucky. No seriously it's been weird. I think people feel so much better when they can unload their stuff on someone they know. Some of it I've seriously taken knowing it made them feel better and I proceeded to load it into my car destined for resale. It has probably already been put on the shelves of Goodwill or St. Vinnie's by now. Sadly not nearly enough of it though.

I think I really helped the retiring teacher that last week of school. I can't imagine how hard it would be to go through your life's work and just dump it. I know she felt really good packing it up and knowing it would go to use in my classroom. She was so sweet. She actually went out and bought me a $50 gift card for a teacher store and a bunch of plastic tubs for me to use for math manipulatives. As if giving me all of her stuff wasn't enough! That reminds me. I need to make the scrapbook pages for her retirement party pictures.
