One month later..
Yup still not moved in...you aren't surprised are you? I still have boxes everywhere. I have so much junk. My classroom still has purging to be done too but I know that won't happen before June. I can just feel it. Good thing I have nearly enough storage to just stuff it away--well in the classroom that is.
I'm getting old. I've gotten a bit of indigestion three days this week. I really need to watch what I eat. Besides the indigestion I can't afford a new wardrobe. I'd love one right now, though. A large portion of this wardrobe was purchased during my student teaching and the year after. That would make it 4-5 years old. Thank God I had the foresight to buy classicly styled items and they have held up.
Roomie and I are doing pretty well. Even more so this weekend because she's in Vancouver/Portland for a conference. No actually I'm proud of how well we are communicating. I think it helps me be humbled because most of the mess is mine. I hope to hit it hard this weekend though. Then I'll return to my neatnik nazi ways. ha ha
BSF is tough. I've been pulling near all-nighters to finish the study for our Saturday morning leaders' discussion groups. Last Saturday I skipped a party because I'd taken a nap (to catch up) and was still in that weekend, groggy, "I _just_ woke up 2 hours ago" phase. It sucked because I'd really been looking forward to the party. I guess over 100 people were there. ) : Oh well. That'll learn me.
