"Get busy livin' or get busy dyin'"
Well another year of school is about to begin. I'm headed back up to CMU either monday or tuesday. This has been a great summer. I have many things yo be greatful for.
First of all my friends are amazing, and I couldn't ask for a more loyal and awesome group of friends.
I have a job (Wacky Zone definatley not Barrister) that pays well and a boss that actually treats me like a human being. It's quite a concept, he may be on to something.
I've grown a lot closer to my family this summer. I've been a lot more open with my parents, and I think as I get older I can connect with them easier.
Lastly, I have an amazing girlfriend that I love so much. We've been dating for 5 months now and she brightens every day for me. Eventhough she lives far away and I can't see her that often, I am so very, very lucky to have her :)
I have had my share of challenges this summer, but I thrive on adversity so things are good. People say that life is hard, but compared to what? Life is what it is, and you have to take each day head on. I worked majority of this summer, possibly working more than sleeping, but this money will help me get an apartment next year so I can get out of those dorms.
Anyways, I am expecting a lot of visits from everyone this year. I have 2 extra beds in my dorm, and Central never has any shortage of parties.
