Boring, BORING class this morning. As usual.
But I did meet up with Bianca after class to eat a pizza lunch (yummy Tre Formaggi and Napoletana - I lurv anchovies!) and to study (because yes, we are still a bunch of nerds and one of our ideas of having a good time - besides reading books - is to study together. Oh YES).

Bianca, I'm flattered that you have already told him about me, but now I realize that it weirds me out to know that people already know me as Your Perverted Friend even before they have actually met me. O.o
Even though I really am perverted. I know, I know.
And girls are such blithering idiots when it comes to romantic angst. Me included. *^_^*

(1) We went to UCC Coffee at Corinthian Hills to study, and in a (futile) attempt to extend my Gameplan #1 (refer to previous post) to what kinds of food I eat, I did not look at the frappé-looking thingies at the menu and looked at the stuff under Coffee. And I ordered Iced Chocolate Café, only to find out that they put lots of whipped cream on top of the damn drink.
(2) While we were at UCC Coffee, some dude from Fully Booked Power Plant texted to inform me that my Calvin and Hobbes order has already arrived!!! ZOMG!
...Though I had to pick it up in three days or else they'll sell it to someone else. Boo.
Aaaaand being me, I asked Bianca to come with me on an impulsive trip to Rockwell to pick up my order. Yes, I know, gas is expensive, but who the hell cares when books are involved. XD
(Yes, it's the Calvin and Hobbes three-volume box set. I've been salivating over it ever since college.)
(3) So many people at Power Plant because of The Dark Knight. (I'm going to watch it tomorrow. Christian Bale is hawt.)
We went to Fully Booked and OMGA THERE'S A NEW BOOK IN THE ARTEMIS FOWL SERIES!!!!!!! There's only the hardbound version, but I've been waiting for it for two years, so I still bought it with my Calvin and Hobbes. Hee.The box set weighed a ton. I know I looked stupid lugging around the thing (I carried it in my arms) from Fully Booked to the car because some people Looked at me. But I am happy, and that's that.
So tonight, I will cut the rope, I will open the plastic wrapping. I will open the box set. And afterwards, I will hide it in the dark recesses of my book drawer because I do not want my parents to know that I have spent my money again on books when I already have a tottering pile of unread ones in my room. [No, Renei, I still haven't read the Noli Me Tangere + El Filibusterismo set I bought at Instituto Cervantes. :( ]
