LILIES WILL KILL YOUR KITTY!
Despite the mild alliteration there, this is a totally serious warning. A loved one of loved ones is now chasing mice in kitty-heaven due to over-exposure to regular lilies. Even the pollen will make your cat sick and there's a 100% fatality rate for even a small amount ingested.
I cannot emphasise this enough, people! It's the most useful and least known "save your pet's life" bit of trivia that's about.
And to any jerk wanting to use this knowledge to 'remove' a neighbourhood pest: I WILL FIND YOUR LILLY EQUIVALENT!
