WonderCon pictures!

I took a few pictures at WonderCon, but wasn't sure if it was okay to post them, so they weren't in my original WonderCon report post.

The LJ ScrapBook kept rotating my images in weird directions and I couldn't figure out how to deal with it, so I just put them in my smugmug.com galleryHmm, actually, maybe I can insert them from there?... Yep, ( Read more... )

Aw, that is so cool. I love these con pictures, as I'll probably never get to one myself.

The cosplaying Wulfenbach family is just too adorable. In my mind Gil and Agatha are so having a daughter until further notice.

Thank you!

I bet they're going to be the Heterodyne family though. ;D

Hehe, I must admit I had to correct myself to traditional naming system. Heterodyne just naturally came to mind first!

Compromise: Wulfendynes! Heterobachs?

LOL, I doubt they care about traditional naming systems! Hmm, do we even know what the normal system is in GG?...

Really, they'll probably each keep their own. It makes sense. Although they might do a compromise name if they're planning on keeping their families merged forever and having a single Heterodyne-Wulfenbach heir. If they want to keep them separate, they can give the two family titles and last names to two different kids. I wonder how they'd pick who gets which one!

Easy, have a deathray contest. ;)

I agree, they'd probably keep their names though an heir to both their families would be complicated. (At least the Jaegers would be settled in already serving them both.) Did Lucrezia ever go by Heterodyne, or was she always Mongfish?

Good idea! ;D They should probably make sure to have some spare kids though.

I don't think I've ever seen her referred to as Heterodyne. I probably would've noticed.

Ha! They really should.

Oh well, it'll be a mystery until the very last pages of the epilogue. When all their children are named after characters who died.

as briefly alluded to above, the answer is clearly to hyphenate that shit.
Agatha and Gilgamesh Wulfenbach-Heterodyne.

imagine their kid trying to put their last name on a standardized test? poor kid's first invention would have to be an Automated Graphite Fill-In-The-Bubble Stamp out of pure necessity.

Its exactly for that reason I suggested smooched names (that and it sounded funnier ^_^() ). If the kid got a name as long as "Gilgamesh", plus Heterodyne-Wulfenbach, s/he's going to go to the madness place every other introduction.

Someone needs to write that fic. I would love to see the trials and tribulations of a little Wulfenbach-Heterodyne going through school.

"Ummm teacher, there's not enough boxes for my name."

Love the Automated Graphite Fill-In-The-Bubble Stamp. (very true)

I wish I had one of those growing up. My first/middle/last name together including spaces takes up 21 spaces...I think I would have kicked my mother in the shins I I would have had a hypenated last name, as that would've raised it to 26.

pfft. Mine takes 24...(including spaces). ;P
And I want to make it longer... Doh...Guess I just like my nickname so much that I want to make it part of my actual name. And maybe add another middlename now I am at it. ;)

...

What? ;D
