Magical Morning
My first stressless sleep in a *looong* time was followed by this glorious morning and I feel totally holy. Eating avocado on dense rye bread toast, shaving my legs, waltzing about in my underwear and sighing contentedly to Joanna Newsom makes me pure and good and *cleeaan* Hair is washed, fingernails are clipped, and the only thing left to do for my mammoth assignment is the bibliography, which I will do as soon as I am finished this post. The air is so clean! *melt*.
This mood is a delicious change from yesterday when I was very stressed and very sad about missing out on Animal Collective tickets. I won't mention anymore for fear that my state might be fragile. I am still sick with tonsilitis, but the swelling has gone down some, and I don't need to talk much, so it's ok. Decided to think positive. All that money that I put aside for AC can now be saved for something else equally exciting, like that awesome thing that I've wanted to do my whole life, see Animal Col- ...Oh no.
Oh well something else will come along. And besides, TODAY IS A GREAT DAY. Ruby sent me a text and I am about to reply. Would love to see her but I have to drop my assignment out at uni at an awkward time, as well as complete it. Might invite her to dinner at Ganbaranba if she is not busy/working.
Apparently a skip is being delivered to my house today which means I should probably put some clothes on soon. A skip means that all the crap in our shed is going to be thrown out, and then our shed is going to be demolished! and then a new one rebuilt. Excited! One step closer to pool and then landscaping! Lillian grows roses and one of our bushes has a bud that looks like it could open any day now! Secretly *REALLY* excited. I actually really like Lillian now. It's kind of saddening, but happy too. Ruby said that my house felt better, and that there was way less tension. Things are looking up up up.
