Updatey Goodness
It's been a little while since I have updated I think. Nothing super exciting going on really. Life is just trudging along, though, it is much cuter than before =P
Patrick is wonderful! And growing SO FAST! He is over 3 months now, and so very big. He's still the happiest baby ever, with only the occasional fussiness from teething. Even that is not as bad as I thought it would be. He is in this phase now where he does not want to sleep...ever...like he's afraid he'll miss something cool.. I try to tell him that our life simply isn't THAT exciting, but he doesn't seem to agree =P
Drew and I are both doing well. He's working hard, and I am losing my days to a blur of feedings, diaper changes, and playing with the baby. Then when he's home we play with the baby together and talk and watch Buffy and get nothing done. It's nice...except for the mess...
Our new place is cute. It would be cuter if we could get stuff unpacked and put away, but whatever. =P
The only real downer right now is how yucky and fat I feel. I so need to work on that! It does not help that I managed to get myself all seriously anemic so I have to fix that before I can really work out. I could start eating healthy, but man it is hard to go from eating whatever you want for basically a year, to eating only good for you things. Most of my favorite foods are so not on the healthy list!
I totally need to get a grip though, because I don't want to be one of those slob moms. And I really feel like one right now.
I was planning on starting classes up again this term...I am not sure I am ready. I just have zero focus right now. But then, maybe I will never really be ready and I should just jump right in. Still not sure about all that, but I need to make a decision soon.
