theee day. 17march.
Overdued giler but for memories sake. This is gonna be pretty much like an ADIML because initially wanted to do la, but no time ah beb. pics heavy gilerrr tu pon da cut down..he uploaded 223 pictures on our x-ply okay. hehe
Anyway on the actual day, met him at his place (morning date :D) and off we went to Vivo/Harbourfront area. Since we took the train we didnt realise it was raining so heavily! In actual fact Hendersonwave was the first place to go but then spoiler la ini hujan. Terserong to Vivo where it was still too early and the only place opened was Starbucks, grabbed a glass of Hot chocolate each...should've shared. But it was nice sipping something warm in the cold weather before going to the next destination, which we had difficulty finding for even though it wasnt my first time..
And he made me sandwich.. well basically bread cheese and nutella. Weird combo I know, but saya suka.
There's a story behind this sandwich.
There was ONE FINE MORNING, where I WASNT late for work. I was about to go out about 7am when my mom asked if I wanted to share the cab with her thus saving the time I needed to walk to my busstop (15 minutes walk ok) so I said yeah sure. So upon reaching the busstop, tak tau kenapa tergerak hati nak read my magazine, so I took it out and concentrate reading, and from the corner I saw someone walking towards me.. getting closer and closer, and finally tapping me.
And it was him. 715AM at my busstop! My face was like :O giler babz. And I kept telling him 'eh waliao my bus coming already you know!!!!!!' and I felt helpless.... I wished I could've known he was actually waiting under my block and the 620 wake up call that he gave was actually from under my block..... can slap tak can slap tak!!
Terserong lagi. Anyway then we bought the tickets and zoomed to the highest floor in the building. His virgin trip lagi.. hahahah
Ni budak kecut sak naik cable car. Terpekik mcm pompan..kalah aku tau. aku chill jer. dah biase ah terbang malam2.
kan superwoman gitu.
And there was a cruise ship on bay and the first thing that came to my mind was - cows this swimming pool shape like toilet bowl seh. you know the squatting kind? And Rina or CR said it looks more like...err pampers wanita.

And then halfway, I received my first official birthday present......

Real flowers wil die right, but this one wont, so can keep foreberneber. And that ring on my finger is my favourite.
Upon reaching Sentosa, we wanted to go straight to the place..but this tourguide was helpful enough and told us to catch the animal show first..so off we go!!

I took more videos than pictures but the dolphins are so cute! Though I thought they'd be banning dolphin shows cos its not healthy for them or something..

Since we wont be going there on a regular basis, might as well do as many things as possible kan. So I grabbed my chance in carrying a starfish aka tapak sulaiman. kesian leman..
This thing damn cute, but macam geli things popping out of the sand. They remind me so much of the Sesame Streets' worm?
And off to the stingrays!! I swear they're soo friendly!! There was this particular one which posed for the camera and swim away only until it realised that no one else was taking a picture of itself. Their texture's soo soft and smooth, I love them!!
I think this was the one that loved to pose. And please eh, its damn besar macam carpet sia.
DORYY! And I dont think it was my hand kan awak?

Then there were jellies!!
These things are pretty, but.. i wouldnt even wanna get close to it. Dulu pasir ris beach banyak berterabur. tak tau cerita sekarang, cos dulu lain sekarang lain..
I know.. I asked the fishes to pose with me. Comel kan. Dengar kata betul.
THE DUGONG!! Such a gentle animal, was our luck to see it during its feeding time. It was so graceful like a dance in the water, swimming up and down and arrghh!! SO GORGEOUS LAAH!! I think they're the original 'mermaids' because there's no such thing as mermaids lah, but their shadows in the water is similar to that of a mermaid. Alah mermaid tu bedek jer.
Then we went back to Harbourfront/Vivo by cable car, since we bought the two-way tickets which was more worth it than the 1-way. And the woman swimming in the pic above in the pool WAS STILL swimming when we cable-car-ed back. tak kecut ke badan dier.
My legs were super-duper cramped because the shoes harapkan lawa jer but aiyah you know lah this kind of shoe(suuu) suka ketatkan kaki orang mcm bengkung perot gitu. Den we took a rest and relaxed and act orang tua before watching 'DEPARTURE'
which definitely was a wrong movie to watch on a happy ocassion because I COULDNT STOP CRYINGGGGGGG aku tau ok gembeng. But it didnt help the whole theatre was sobbing.. pretty much full house but everyone was sobssobssobs. Oh and actually we had some time before the movie and guess what I did??
TIDOOOO.
Yah so tak senonoh but its ok lah kan.
Then it was time for dinner so we took a bus back to Bedok because he made reservation for us at our usual place at our usual spot..Teehee..
But then right, ever since PastaaaManiaaaa(PM)got their halal certification, I am so sorry to say that Bad o q u e's Alfredo is no where close to PM's, but their starters and my Alaamatriciana(hwever you spell them) still taste good! The starters........mmmmmmmmm........
I couldn't remember if we ordered 1 or 2 but should be 2 cos kita kan tak sah kalau makan 1 jer. gelojoh punya budak tau.
Lots and lots and lots of meat, cos I'm a meat-arian. And cheese please.
And because we were busy concentrating aka eating so nono pics, before we knew it, it was cake cutting time. Bruahhaha. And awak actually bought a full 1kg cake for us to eat. Sengaja want to make me fat. The best thing is that its CHOCOLATE BANANA! BANANANANANA!
And he sang me a birthday song (:
And the moment that I (or actually he) was looking for.. because he got overly excited about the present that he was about to give me.. I guessed it was cadar/ bed cover because the package was exactly wrapped like one, and it was from Isetan. And went to describe that the cadar had our picture printed on it and I have to use it for one night, but it got me all worried because GILER PER! -faints-
But obviously he won't do to that extreme lah.
MNG sling bag YAY!!! IT WASNT A HINT OK betul tau.. or even if it was I wouldn't have remembered anyway. Hehe but thank you :) Me love it much, and of course the card and the cake and the dinner and the flowers :)
So apart from family (hmm) dinner, this wraps up the birthday celebration this year. Pretty simple as always, but what matters is the people around me that made it more special.
