Job update
It seems that the junior assistant position I applied for has been changed. They are now looking for a fully qualified Litigation Assistant - no such luck with the education I have (or lack of I suppose), but it was fun to think about it.
At least I have the advantage of enjoying the people I work with and my job. I would have been disappointed if I didn't like what I currently do, right now it's just an "oh well, maybe next time". I suppose right now what I'm hoping for is more money, the assistant position would have paid more, so hopefully my raise will reflect my department's happiness with my work.
I won tickets at work to go see an advanced screening of "The Lookout", and since my boy is working late, me and Whackychick are gonna go and hang out at the mall :) Never know what you'll find at the mall when you don't need anything, for some reason I always find good deals or really cool objects des art (sorry if I've mangled the French but you know what I mean), so I'm looking forward to it. I think I might even splurge and have popcorn!! woo hoo
