All my family were off work, as it is a holiday today in the Muggle world. Except myself, of course, and I've never been so jealous! What a long, stressful day. Someone managed to Transfigure their head into a pumpkin in a Muggle area, and the paperwork it caused was incredible ( Read more... )

Might try and get Susan and Ernie to come out (not that it's exactly difficult to get Ernie out for a pint) and make a bit of a night of it then.

I like being sociable, and going out for a pint rather than staying in and listening to the neighbours having another dust up is always preferable.

You have no idea. They're like clockwork - quite literally I think I could work my day out around their arguing. On the other hand, do you remember the lady with the all the gentlemen visitors I was telling you about that lived on the other side? She moved out about a week and a half ago, and I am so grateful for it. Now at least I can get a decent nights sleep.

I don't know what it is, but there's definitely something going around putting the dampener on everyone's spirits. It can't just be spring blues, because it's May. Everyone should be used to spring by now.
