As for what you asked, the volumes comprising the Seventh Seal story, namely vols. 13, 14 and most of vol. 15 were never scanlated and uploaded online. I'm guessing this happened at first because the series became licensed, so the fan scanlation was dropped for a period of time; then, after CMX went under and the fan scanlation resumed, the scanlators decided to focus on as yet untranslated volumes, since many of the hardcore fans, like yourself, had gotten themselves the officially published volumes in English. On the other hand, until recently no one had uploaded any of these English volumes either; it was a few months ago that someone unrelated to the scanlating team uploaded vol. 13 (the official English edition, not a fan scanlation). Since CMX who published the official English edition is long since defunct I don't think anyone will go after him, but I have no idea whether he owns and wishes to upload vols. 14 and 15 as well. I tried reaching out on Mangadex but never got a reply to my message.
Regarding your second question, for now our priority is to finish the Celtic Spiral story; we still have one more volume to go and although we've started working on it we've still got a ways to go. After that is done we're going to decide which story to scanlate next; probably one of those that have never been scanlated or summarized, but we haven't really gotten around to discussing that yet.

Unfortunately I only have 3 volumes, 6, 10 and 14 u_u I found them in a local convention, that was all they had, I needed to buy an anime magazine and they would give you one volume for free, I was so excited to see it happened to be a volume that was missing online I think I almost scared the seller.
That said, since they aren't answering would it be ok if I upload vol 14 myself? it'd be pictures more than proper scas but I think fans would appreciate that over having nothing.
You were very lucky to find these volumes, they're very rare and expensive these days! I suppose there's no problem if you want to upload vol. 14, like I said CMX who published them is defunct so there is no issue with licensing. I assume you mean the English official translation, not the original volumes in Japanese, correct? Although of course either one would be a treat for the fans!
