also... i must recommend you pick up recent Led Zep dvd release. it's the one with the sand dunes and the cloud zeppelin on the cover. amazing quality, 1000% better than TSRtS. (TSRtS was mostly taken from Earl's Court in '75, and there were problems with the footage, etc. EC isn't considered the band's finest hour by a long shot.) the dvd is worth it for the beautifully remastered sound, and for Royal Albert Hall.

oh, no comparison. *swoon* to make it better, for a long time TSRtS was all the video footage "officially" available. stuff like Earl's Court and Copenhagen and Paris were floating around as bootlegs, but the dvd footage has been cleaned and retouched, sometimes frame by frame. the result is just beautiful.
