Labor Day Weekend
has been nuts!!!
Who would've thought that I would be drinking two nights in a row!
ME.
wow...crazy.
Oh this year is going to bea good year of school. I just hope that I can keep everything together this year. My classes are borderling boring and difficult. Good thing it goes by quickly.
I'm just glad that I'm not being a hermit this year. Last year I just kept myself so isolated, and I didn't really let myself get to know anyone, but this year I'm definately making it a point to let my guard down and get out there and meet new people.
I felt like I was the only one from my high school class that wasn't enjoying college. I was having some fun, but I just felt like everyone else was having a better experience than I was.
Enough with my life changes, lets talk about friends now.
So my friend Jess is a studio art major and for one of her final projects she has to do photographs and she asked me to pose for her! I'm so flattered and soooooo excited! I cannot wait until the photo shoot, because she is amazing and her ideas are just awesome. She's doing a remake pin-up theme!
How awesome is that? Her idea for me though is a little softer. She wants to draw a flower design in ink (or henna) all over my back, and then I'll just be having a sheet over me. Hooray art!

I can't believe how awesome the people are here, and my roomie is awesome!
She is so cool and really easy to get along with, and I can see us being good friends this year.
I'm seriously in shock of how awesome this year is going to be and I've only been here a week!
You can really tell I'm excited because I've written in my livejournal so much more often than I used to, which I think is going to be a good thing.
Good way to relax and organize my thoughts and get out the unnecessary junk that is just clogging my brain. Need to have a clear head to read and study.
Well back to lazy labor day activities...
