I found my ring! And necklace!!
I realize that I never really explained that I lost them, though I mentioned it. But last week I couldn't find the necklace and ring I almost always wear...the necklace that's pretty expensive and the ring I made in camp a few years ago. I was reallllly really pissed about it...like, I got so used to wearing them all the time that I kept on being reminded about losing them because it felt like something was missing. And every time I thought about it I got mad at myself. And I knew they were together but I thought they had fallen out of my bag on the train last week. Because I looked everywhere. I thought.
BUT I was babysitting tonight and reached into a bag I don't use that often and found them! I forgot that I had gone swimming the day I thought I lost them (or the day before or something) and put them in that bag. and then forgot I had used it, so I didn't check it later. yeah
so. yay!!! I'm happy!
in other news....actually there really isn't much other news. I smell like ice cream. probably because I worked in an ice cream store for 6 hours today. probably. Seriously, all I did today was work. It was ok, though, actually. I got up late (silly phone alarm didn't wake me up because it had turned on to manner mode. oh well, I slept til like 12:30 which I haven't done in a while and it was excellent), went to work, came home later than expected because I worked longer than I needed to, then babysat. but it was good, I did, like, 4 crossword puzzles and listened to good music...until my ipod died. whatever.

and ps regarding my necklace/ring thing, do NOT call me careless. I have this feeling that someone would...ahemnappyorzachorjeffifhereadthis. but don't. I was just forgetful. and silly. you can call me silly if you want. let me be happy that I found my stuff, haha
