Moving ain't as simple as you'd think.. especially when you've a blonde assistant called Rhys
Hmmm small hiccup on the flat front. The rather dim assistant seems to be having trouble mailing our references.
Mine haven't arrived - at all.
Sam's arrived, but seeings as Rhys didn't but down the address to post them back, Sam's letter stated that they couldn't give him a reference as there was no third party address.
*sigh*
So we couldn't sign for it last weekend, as you need references to sign for the place. Stupid assistant.
Of course we were getting worried at this point, because once you put your deposit down, you only have two and a half weeks in which to sign and pay the bond otherwise the property goes back on the market.
Simple you may think.. just wait for the references and go over and sign.
WRONG!
The only time we can go really is a weekend, because myself and Sam work totally different hours. And don't you know, the only weekend we could both go was last weekend.
So having rung them up and savaged them all, they are now sending out (surprise surprise) new references, with the guarentee that they will not put the place back on the market. They have also said it is possible for Sam to sign now and for me to sign as and when I can.
*relieved sigh*
So just remember people, you want results... GET ANGRY!
On another note Superman and Pirates 2 were excellent. Well worth a look.... ooh and if you got to see Pirates you have to stay until the end of the credits...
