(no subject)
Amrit was sitting outside of Seaver 200 at the reg. table while I sat inside listening to the campaign reps of each democratic candidate. I decided to go outside just to get away from the campaigning. I didn't even know how to respond to the beautiful boy sitting on my chair with red roses. He had waited for an hour. He even told Annie not to get me because he wanted to surprise me. Silly boy! We hung out with Annie who, might I add, is the best company ever. We were in the debate rooms cleaning up and talking. She left, and Amrit and I just talked for a while. After the conference, my cousin called and the phone was passed around in their house for the next 7 minutes. I listened to a much-needed message from Sally (Thanks hunnie!). Amrit took me to his car, and the two of us indulged in cheesecake while Jaan played (he didn't notice that, but how could I miss it). I kissed him goodbye after an hour or so.
Later that night, I got odd gifts from my mother. Let's just not talk about them. The whole family including Buddy, and also the vaccuum-thief went to P.F. Chang's at 11. We came home at 12:30. I talked to Amrit until 1 when I started to fall asleep on the phone.
The festivities continued today. We cut a cake today, and my cousin's came over.
I can't help but love Amrit for the things he does. He made the day perfect. All I needed to make it perfect was to sit and eat CHOCOLATE!! cheesecake with him. You owe me a massage MISTER! ;)
