the hardest part about letting go is running to God rather than fighting back. the thing is, the only thing that matters is that you are His beloved daughter in whom He is well pleased. as much as that sounds cold, it answers every question. when Job was asking God so many questions, God answered Job with more questions than He asked because the answer is Him. that being said, what does that have to do with knowing your free but not feeling free or running free?

because whatever is telling you that you're not is feeding you a line. you're free whether your feelings or your circumstances say so or not. wow that sounds so simple right? simple yes, easy...well it may just be the hardest thing in the world. that knowledge and revelation that is so awesome and so wonderful and so freeing has to be tested and refined and ingrained in you because God doesnt ever want you to forget it. He wants it so deeply rooted in you that no person including yourself, no devil, no nothing could ever possibly tell you otherwise. you're in the wilderness sarah, the same one that everyone has to go through even Jesus. remember though, He knew His Daddy just like you do and He made it through just like you are. and He made it through victorious.

you're fighting a battle you'll win. no wait, you're not fighting a battle cause the Lord is fighting for you. Sarah God will never ask you to do something that you have not seen Him do for you first and God wants to be for you what He is calling you to be for others. just keep crawling right back into His arms and dont leave cause that's where He wants you.

He loves you so much sarah, and i dont know if i can even slightly express with words the heart that He has for you. ed said it in far less words-you're close than you believe. and now i leave you with the lyrics to a song

i always knew you
in your mothers arms
i have called your name
i have an idea
placed in your mind
to be a better man
ive made a crown for you
put it in your room
and when the bride groom comes
there will be noise
there will be glad
and a perfect bed
and when you write a poem
i know the words
i know the sounds
before you write it down
only wear your clothes
i wear them too
i wear your shoes
and your jacket too
i always knew you
in your mothers arms
i have called you son
ive made amends
we should be father and son
or if you havent one
rest in my arms
sleep in my bed
there is a design
to what i did and said
