Phở bò soup is yuuum.

Some Vietnamese student's family or something opened a new Vietnamese restaurant close to campus. Basically everyone that works there is a Vietnamese student studying in my campus. It's a kind of public secret that nobody really likes to mingle with Viets here cause, let's be honest, they're a bunch of weird people. Well, at least the Viets here. I sure hope not all Viets are like them. However, when it comes to food, who cares about personal judgments and prejudices?

This is what they call Phở (which is not pronounced 'pho'). It's basically wide rice noodles served with beef slices in beef broth. On each table there are condiments such as bean sprouts, lettuce, lemon, salt. So you can add them according to your liking. The rice noodle itself is very bland but the soup, especially after you add some lemon juice, tastes great.

They also have Vietnamese fried spring rolls, which I think is softer and more squashy than they should be. But they also taste great, so I'm okay with the squashiness.
