Hello dudes! Last post of 2010 time!
Ultimately, 2010 was a good year for me! I hope 2011 is even better!
1. What did you do in 2010 that you'd never done before?
I moved out of North Carolina, lived in a dorm, drank alcohol, went to a midnight showing of a movie, graduated from high school.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
My only resolution last year was to get into college and learn to cook. I did the first one!
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
My aunt gave birth to my baby cousin, Leo! He is absolutely adorable.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No, thank goodness.
5. What countries did you visit?
Canada!
6. What would you like to have in 2011 that you lacked in 2010?
A JOB. A boyfriend.
7. What date(s) from 2010 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Hmmm, I don't really remember exact dates, but here's THE NOTABLE EVENTS:
- The day I got my acceptance letter from Ringling
- The day I graduated from high school
- Duke winning the national championship!
- Animazement
- The weekend I spent with meredyd !
- The night that the final chapter of FMA came out.
- The day I moved in at Ringling.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Getting accepted at RCAD in the CA department. I guess that is an overlap from 2009, since that's when I did all the work for it!
9. What was your biggest failure?
AP stat! I got a ONE on the AP Exam, hahahahahah!
10. Did you suffer any illness or injury?
Just normal sickness.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
All of the volumes of FMA at Animazement!
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
All of my friends are great! My behavior merits the most celebration, though, since I'm the best.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Hmmm, I don't remember. Everything about the A:TLA live action movie.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Art supplies.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
GOING TO RINGLING! The last chapter of FMA! Duke winning the FInal Four!
16. What song will always remind you of 2010?

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? Happier. This time last year I was freaking the fuck out about finishing my portfolio to submit to Ringling.
ii. thinner or fatter? Thinner, by about 10 pounds. Stupid college and not enough good food.
iii. richer or poorer? Poorer.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Spent time with my friends from Durham, kept in touch with people, worked harder in school, kept more organized. Kissing.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Procrastinating.
20. How did you spend Christmas?
With my nuclear family, home in Durham. It was really nice and simple and just a great day.
22. Did you fall in love in 2010?
I fell in love with Hiromu Arakawa. Haha.
23. How many one-night stands?
Oh, countless.

Brotherhood, Parks and Rec, 30 Rock, Futurama (not the new season, I haven't watched it), A:TLA as always!

I don't think I read a single book for fun all year. Do art books count?
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Ohhh, a lot of stuff! I really fell in love with Arcade Fire this year, though I had a few of their songs for ages.

I always get what I want.

My own car, a million dollars, an iPad, a jetpack, pshooooes.
30. What was your favorite film of this year?
Megamind, Tangled, Toy Story 3, How To Train Your Dragon.
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
On my actual birthday, I said goodbye to my parents, did freshman orientation activities, and spent my first night alone in college with a bunch of people I wasn't friends with yet. I turned 18.
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Hmm, I can't really think of anything.
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2010?
Jeans and nerdy tshirts. Occasionally dressing up in sundresses. Florida.
