The first TEN people to comment in this post get to request that I write a drabble(ish thing) of any pairing/character of their choosing. In return, they have to post this in their journal, regardless of their ability level.
Only Avatar please! I utterly fail at writing any other fandoms. I can't guarantee I'll get to everyone! Also, you don't have

Smellerbee spent most of her childhood darting between the branches of trees. The feeling of rough bark, of light wood resonating beneath her feet is a reassurance to her. So, when Toph whacks the thick trunk of one of one of her trees with distaste, she is momentarily taken aback.
“What’s your problem?” Smellerbee asks, her voice rough, and Toph leans against the tree casually.
“I can’t even see how far that thing goes up. No way you’re getting me to scale that death trap.” She snorts. “I’m staying right here where I can see.”
“Oh, you are, are you?” Smellerbee crosses her arms, smirking. “I guess you’re just scared. I get it.”
Toph visibly flushes, and snatches the rope out of Smellerbee’s arm. She can’t see the other girl’s face, but she knows that her eyebrows are raised, smug.
“You’re going to regret this,” Toph mumbles as the pair of them ascend into the treetops.

And I've just shot myself in the foot because I don't have time to write all these. Oh well. :)

Katara leaned against Appa’s leg, pulling off her bulky parka.
“No one ever said the Earth Kingdom would be this hot.” she panted.
Aang tried not to giggle. “Katara, we’re still in the middle of winter!”
Her face fell. “This is what they call winter?!”
Aang let out a stifled laugh, wiping a tear from his eye. He stopped, though, when he got a good look at Katara without her parka on.
He must have been staring, because he brought back to reality by a smack on the back of the head.
“Hey arrowhead! Paint a portrait, it’ll last longer.” Sokka grumbled, and Aang blushed deep red.

“Oh yeah, my uncle told me that he invented it after studying waterbenders.”
She looks up from her bowl of rice, curious. “But- how exactly could he study them? You know I’m the only waterbender from the South Pole, and no offense to your uncle, Zuko, but I don’t think the Northern Tribe would’ve just let The Dragon of the West pop in for a visit.”
Zuko sits in silence for a moment, picking at his food with one of his chopsticks.
“You know, I never thought to ask him.”
After a long silence, Katara finally answers, “Well, I’m sure you’ll get a chance to ask him when we see him again.” She smiles in his direction, and he manages a small smile back.
“I will.”

Suki leaned in closer to him, he could feel her smile against his shoulder. “Why? It gives you an excuse to do nothing for a week?”
“Exactly!” He turned over, mumbling into the towel, “who would’ve thought that keeping the peace would be just as difficult as trying to end the war?”
“Well we could always ask Zuko to start another war if you’re too bored with the peace.” Suki rolled her eyes, absentmindedly massaging his back.
“Ha ha.” He said, dryly. Suki continued to massage his back, noting that his already dark skinned was beginning to tan in the Fire Nation summer heat. Sokka sighed into the towel, starting to feel drowsy in the summer heat, and with Suki leaning over him, working out all of the kinks in his back, he was dangerously close to drifting off.
Moments later, Suki’s massage was interrupted by a large snore. She gave a short laugh, rolling her eyes once more. Typical Sokka.
