Perspective is wonderful thing to have.
Things are really good right now. For the first time since before Neal, before the break up, I find myself having that same feeling I had about a year ago, before Neal, when I first thought "I could come home. I could be happy here." I am happy here, and so thankful to have what and who I have in my life. I wish I could freeze time, right now, and enjoy this forever. I know its the sweaty armpit of America, but this place is special in some way I'll never be able to describe other than by saying "it's a good place to get over yourself."
That being said, Happy Valentine's Day y'all. I heart you.
