And my life falls completely into place...NOW.
Today:
-constructed and (nearly) finalized a class schedule that I think I can live with.
- did happy dance over said schedule.
- wrote e-mails to people I've been meaning to catch up with.
- finally got new lap-top hard drive in the mail, appropriation of Sharon's computer to halt shortly.
- DID NOT have to go to work.
- picked up dis-pleasingly bland student card.
- bought MORE books!
- went to gym.
- almost fell over due to endorphin high.
- watched Street Fighter w/ Rose and Dan.
- came home to smiling face of purdy loft-mate!
A pretty sweet day I'd say. I'm having a series of moments in which I'm looking forward to the new school year. I feel like I'm starting a-new with the beginning of classes centered around my second major - Sociology. It's lovely to stand on top of my to-do list and feel powerful and positive about the new year... as opposed to the alternative, which I guess would be lying overwhelmed in the fetal position or sweating in a firm grip of fear and apprehension... but they'll be plenty of time for that!
Have you listened to The 6ths today? You should prolly get on that. Nothing adds to a sparkly day then the simple and consistent perkiness of The 6ths tunes.
