Back and Biceps:

10 mins or so on the bike, warm up

Dumbbell Bicep Curls:
20's x 15
20's x 15
20's x 15
25's x 15

Back extensions:
2 sets on the machine
260 x 15
260 x 15
2 sets on the extension chair thing
15 w/ 25 lb weight
15 w/ 25 lb weight

Alternating with knees up crunches on the crunch bench
4 sets of 50

Triple 7's Barbell Bicep Curls (7 half way up, 7 half way down, 7 full curls):
50
55
55
55
and another set of 15 full curls for the hell of it

Cable Lat Pull-downs:
70 x 15
80 x 15
90 x 15
80 x 15

It amazes me how much different weight "weighs" on different machines of the same exercise - the above seemed particularly "heavy".
I usually take a steam/sauna after my workout - tonight there was a creepy old man convention in there so I didn't get too steamed.

After the gym I realized I needed to get some nanners and lunch meat so off to the grocery store I went.

Oh, and Donut Holes.  (I never said I was perfect!)
