Tonight's workout was boobular in nature...

15 mins on elliptical...

Decline Chest Press:
135 x 15
135 x 15
145 x 8
135 x 12

Overhead Rope Tricep Extensions:
60 x 15
70 x 15
80 x 15
90 x 15

In between cable rope low flyes:
30's x 15
35's x 15
40's x 15
40's x 15

Short but sweet.  Will probably just do cardio tomorrow night.
