update on life.
i finally almost have everything paid off, i still owe about $800 on one credit card, and $800 to my mom for all the bills of mine she had to pay while i was away at top model - but working full time graveyard at mcdonalds i'm earning about $1200 a month so those will be paid off in no time. this is really exciting because i'm hoping to go back to school with some money saved so i only have to work a few days a week instead of working full time and going to school full time like i have been for the past couple semesters. i only have to take two more classes at mt.sac during the fall before i transfer. i think when i transfer i'll be sad because mt.sac really is an awesome school. but this change is necessary. i hope to finish cal poly in two years or less (i hope! i hope! i hope!) and then get a "real" job. i had a photoshoot on saturday for piggita. (http://piggita.com/index.php?mode=itemDetail&itemID=646 ; http://piggita.com/index.php?mode=itemDetail&itemID=645) it was a lot of fun and it paid pretty well, so that helped out a lot with my finances. it was 105+ outside so once my make up started running and i felt like i had to pass out they decided to call it a day, but i still got paid for the full eight hours. besides that, i have some fun stuff this summer to look forward to : tilly and the wall in a couple weeks, the midnight showing of batman on the imax screen a week after that, FINALLY seeing the yankees this summer, the faint in san diego, and radiohead TWICE. i'm sure other things will pop up here & there, but i gotta say i think i'm enjoying life right now =]
