So I found out on Sat. that on the weekend I would have gone to Nationals (which I worked so hard to not make) a friend of the family is having a wedding in North Carolina. snap! I'm so excited, I'll still get to go somewhere warm that weekend. Not looking forward to the 8-hour car ride w/ the rents, though. And that's only one way. Shit. We always fight when we're in close quarters.
I'm in the Journalism room, Van Halen is on the radio. They are great, one of the few older (as in 70's and 80's) bands that I like. Si, Andy, and Joey are sitting around, it's kind of weird to be writing with people around and Joey's wondering what I am doing to I better be sneaky and leave.
