I'm back from a very much needed vacation. It was great to get away to clear my head. We left for Las Vegas on Wednesday afternoon and arrived just in time for dinner. We stayed at the Luxor, but I can firmly say that I will not be returning to stay at that hotel again. It was nice, but not what I had expected. Overall we had a great time. For Thanksgiving we chose to go to the Caesar's Palace Thanksgiving buffet. I was a bit disappointed with it as it was a little on the pricey side and there was not much to choose from. Regardless, I was grateful that I got to experience Thanksgiving in Las Vegas.
After A LOT of walking and watching Nancy gamble her money away T managed to pull another one on me. On Friday night I was once again presented with..........
That's right Paul McCartney tickets!!!!!!
She had told me that it was sold out and the only tickets available were $350. Well, there was no way that I was ever going to pay this much so I just shrugged it off and was content that I had gotten to see him three weeks before for my birthday. What more could I ask for? Well, this girl was lucky and got to see him again in Las Vegas at the MGM grand arena.
I was elated. He didn't disappoint me, the show was just as great! Thank you T and Jennifer for making this possible for me. *jumps around singing Paul McCartney songs, remembering both concerts*
We still have not gotten a car as we are still waiting on our old car to be paid off. We are definitely starting to shop around and have some ideas. We continue to visit the chiropractor regularly and it has helped us tremendously.
It's snowing today so the drive home should be fun. I wish for a snow day tomorrow....
