My BDay Cake!
My wonderful wife went to the folks at Celebration Generation (http://www.celebrationgeneration.com/) for my BDay cake and they made this! Outstanding Ganache Ganesh! (with chocolate and blood orange cake, along with chocolate ganache... It is their B-52 flavor. Very tasty!)
oh and except for some wires to hold the form, it is all edible! The head and arms are Rice Krispy treat based, rest is cake. The fondant is great too;it is a marshmallow base and then they added some blood orange for flavoring. mmmmm.
