Been a heck of a week this week in doing our best to support a friend. I think I might have been one of the first people (at least from a certain circle of friends) to set foot in that house in a long time.

And it didn't go well after that... my only hope is the resolution is as good as it can be.

I do think have gone back to iai helped a bit... at least for the mental discipline.
