Yo Carter!
I just watched the episode 'Monday' of the X-files. Just wanted to give you one whopping thank you for all of that gratuitous shirtless Mulder. 'Twas much appreciated, my good sir! Also, you know, the plot was good and the cinematography and the music and the yadda yadda yadda.
I feel all inspired and shit. I think I've gotta write some X-files fanfic. Kickin' it old school, man.
(Even though I should really start my Glee X-over BB and should finish that damn R/M fic and I haven't even posted my finished Merlin story. Yay.)
In other news, something was seriously up with James Franco at the Oscars. The man was just out of it the entire time. My personal theory is that he'd only just found out that he was given the hosting gig because he wasn't going to win 'Best Actor', and he was P.O.ed. There was just something very passive-aggressively 'FML' about his hosting.
I was pretty pleased with the results, in the end. King's Speech was both a fantastic movie and total Oscar bait, so I wasn't surprised when it won Best Picture.
