I've been thinking of something.
There was another rumor going on that somewhere along his journey, Lord Bowser -for no apparent reason at all-, spontaneously grew as big as his castle. Not just once, but three times! It's obvious those brothers had something to do with it while they were doing who-knows-what in his body. As far as I know, it takes more than jumping on organs or setting glands on fire or whatever to make someone grow 100x their size. It's abnormal. The plumbers don't know magic, at least not the kind I use.
It occurred to me that Bowser hasn't grown like that since Yoshi's Island.
Call me crazy, but it's possible that the magic I used on him and on the other minions carried some sort of after-effect that the red and green fuzz-lips set off in Bowser somehow like by stimulating his "rump", causing him to grow in size. I wonder if my hasty decision to use that magic all those years ago has something to do with it....
But, it's just a theory. I don't like to think I made a mistake in using my magic.
